Russia removes restrictions on the entry of foreigners
From June 14, Russia removes all epidemiological restrictions on the entry of foreign citizens by sea and air. This was reported by the operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus infection.
Until now, a foreign tourist can enter Russia with a residence permit in one of the states in the list compiled by the government of the Russian Federation (80 countries are included, entry from which is allowed). These restrictions were introduced in March 2020 when the COVID-19 pandemic began.
Also, when entering Russia, foreigners must provide a negative PCR test result for coronavirus infection during check-in for a flight for a period of not more than 48 hours.
